House Shopping

I recently found out how much I'm approved for in order to buy my first home and it is overwhelming. It is stressful trying to find a good location with plenty of yard room for my fathers boat and truck. I'm happy to see that a lot of the homes I'm looking at currently have white kitchens which I love because I think it makes the kitchen look bright and welcoming. Plus it will go with my yellow pain theme with pineapples. I don't have an immense about of debt but I thought with my student loans and car payment it would cause me to qualify for a low amount. I was wrong. All of the homes I've seen online are more than enough for my first starter home and some are even under my allotted budget! This Saturday my mom is going with me to look at a few homes and see what they have to offer. Leaving my fathers home behind which is also my childhood home will be hard, but I think my dad would be proud of me for making the first step in making a "big girl" purc...

Small Wish Haul

Wish is a great app to use for convenient shopping. You can find gifts, clothing, accessories, and more for a decent price. I do recommend reading reviews on the products before purchasing. Shipping can sometimes take a while, but everything I have ever purchased from the app was worth it.

Things I Want

I'm a pretty simple person. The smallest things in life make me happy like nature, puppies, and donuts. But today at work, I got very frustrated with my phone because it is getting kind of slow and the USB port to charge it doesn't work so I have to use rechargeable wall batteries. That made me start thinking of things I wanted. It made me start thinking of things I would by myself if I actually had money left over from paychecks and could buy myself something. I know at some point in my life I will actually know what it is like to spoil myself but until then, I will keep this "I want" list in mind: A new phone. I love my Samsung S3 so I will probably get the newest edition of it when time and money allows Vera Bradley bags and a wallet A Victorias Secret bathing suit and some new underwear and bras New jeans that fit since I've lost so much weight A new hair straightner A flat screen for my living room (yes I currently have a big ole box boob tube) A...

Almost Done!

Christmas is in 14 days and I will hopefully be done with all of my shopping this weekend! I get so excited at this time of year because of all of the decorations and lights. It puts me in a great mood. I always have a lot of people do buy for. The biggest thing I always purchase is gift cards, which is a good thing because my wrapping skills need work. I want to do some kind of charity this month for the holidays. I haven't decided if I should bake cookies for the local homeless shelter or maybe try and collect some winter items for them. I did donate some toys to Toys for Tots but I don't feel like that is enough. I wish I had more free time to do more fundraising and charity work. I really love helping those in need. For anyone out there with shopping left to do, good luck and happy shopping!
