My 2017 Weight Loss Plans



     Today I didn't work out like I should of but I blame the weather. It was wet and nasty out plus my roof started leaking and I also tackled my mound of laundry and dishes in the kitchen. First slack day of the year....I need more ideas to help keep myself motivated!

    1. I've been soda free for 186 days and I drink a lot of water. Due to working so much and recently getting dumped, my eating habits are hit and miss. I will do really well for two weeks and start seeing results, then slip back into my old habits again. I will do this, I just have to have more will power :)
